It's back to work...Kicking off in São Paulo

I wish I could spend all my days in Paris eating macarons from Ladurée and taking french classes...but the time has come for me to get back to work.

This month and next I'll be working with Supsect in NY on a set of two new spots.

First it was off to São Paulo, Brazil to attend the shoot. 7 days went by so incredibly fast: an overnight shoot in a mall, then a location in one of Sampas nicest areas: Jardins, then out to the beach to shoot, then finally back to São Paulo to wrap up.

The hotel Emiliano where we stayed was totally great- it was located on Rua Oscar Freire, which is home to a row of chic shops and restaurants. One Paulistano called this area ' "Fantasy" São Paulo" '- and once we were able to get out of the subprefecture of Jardins, I completely understood why this was said. It was so strange to see such bleak conditions that seem on par with a third world nation right next to areas that could easily pass for Beverly Hills.

Anyhow-now the real work for me begins as my component of this project gets underway.
